摘  要:为了改善气缸盖热负荷并进行合理设计,以车用柴油机气缸盖内冷却水流动为研究对象,对气缸盖底面上水孔内冷却水流量进行了测量,对气缸盖内冷却水流动进行了模拟分析;根据试验和分析结果,指出了该水腔中上水孔结构设计不合理之处,提出了优化方案;对改进前后气缸盖底部温度进行了测量.测量结果表明,改进后的该重型柴油机,气缸盖鼻梁区的最高温度和温度梯度显著降低,气缸盖热负荷得到较好改善.The upper water inlets of cylinder head play important roles in cooling water jacket in guiding water to cool the key area in the cylinder head, and their structure and disposal can influence the flow of water in the cooling water jacket and thermal load in the cylinder head. Base on the facts above, coolant flow rate in each upper water inlets in one cylinder head was measured. According to the results of flow rate measuring experiment and the structure of cylinder head, the defective in the design of upper water inlets were indicated, and the optimized schemes were provided. The temperatures measuring in cylinder head bottom were carried out in both schemes. As shown in the temperatures measuring experiment, the optimized scheme could decrease the peak temperature and consequently the temperature gradient decreased significantly.
