侨乡晋江乡镇体育的组织与管理特征

摘　　要：采用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,就晋江乡镇体育的组织与管理现状、体育组织的职能、侨乡社会资本对乡镇体育组织与管理的绩效等,对晋江13个乡镇的78个村进行调查。结果表明,侨乡晋江乡镇体育组织呈现出政府与社会多元多层、横向合作的网络化特征,体育管理呈现出民间性、自治性的非政府性特征。分析认为,侨乡社会资本是侨乡乡镇体育组织与管理特殊性的重要前提和条件,同时也是地方政府体育公共服务绩效"生态性"因素。The current situation of sports organization and management, function of sports organization, the efficiency of social capital on sports organization and management in 13 towns and 78 villiages in overseas Chinese hometown Jinjiang were investigated. The results showed that the sports organization in Jinjiang showed multi-layer and horizontal-cooperation network between government and society. Sports management was voluntary and autonomous. It was pointed out that the social capital in overseas Chinese hometown was the premise of rural area sports organization and management and of local government＇s sports public service efficiency.
