摘　　要：吴经熊在宪政领域付出巨大努力并作出重大贡献,如参与编撰《五五宪草》、解读和宣扬《五五宪草》及参与制定1946年《中华民国宪法》。这对我们审视近代中国的宪政现代化进程具有重要的启示意义,还将对当今中国的社会主义法制建设起到重要的借鉴作用。Wu Jinxiong had made great efforts and made a significant contribution in the field of Constitutionalism, such as participating in Compiling, Interpreting and Promoting The May Fifth Draft Constitution and participating in Compiling The 1946 Constitution of Republic of China, which has important inspirations on our scanning the course of constitutional modernization of modern China and will play an important part in constructing the socialist law system of contemporary China.
