摘 要:目的对显微镜结合超声根管技术处理钙化根管的方法作出评价。方法在显微镜下应用超声技术,对81个钙化根管进行钙化扩通处理和临床观察分析。结果根管扩大并完成根管治疗67个,成功率82.7%,其中按牙位分,前牙组成功率高于磨牙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),按钙化部位分三组成功率无明显变化(P>0.05)。在治疗过程中未出现折断器械和侧穿等情况,失败14个,其中8例为磨牙弯曲钙化堵塞根管。结论显微超声根管技术在处理钙化根管中是有效的和安全的,但在处理后牙弯曲钙化根管方面由尚有一定的局限性。Objective To evaluate the effect of dental operating microscope (DOM)and ultrasonic root canal technique (URA) in the management of calcified root-canal. Methods DOM combined with URA were applied on 81 calcified canals with clinic observation analysis processed. Results Sixty-seven samples of root-canal extension were completed with root-canal cured. The success rate was 82.7%. Among the samples, categorized by tooth position, the success rate of incisor group was higher than that of molar group and the difference was significant(P 〈 0.05 ). Categorized by calcified position, the success rate of three groups had no obvious differences(P 〉 0.05 ). There was neither apparatus break nor root perforation during the therapeatic process. Fourteen samples failed in operation among which 8 were due to blocked root-canal caused by molars with bent calcification. Conclusion Combining DOM and URA is effective and safe to process calcified root-canal. However this method has certain limitation to work on molars with bent calcified root-canal.
