摘  要:测定和分析了郭尔罗斯细毛羊10月龄肥育公羔肉用性能及肉质,同时与东北细毛羊进行对比。经6个月育肥后,郭尔罗斯细毛羊平均日增重为131.22g,东北细毛羊平均日增重为104.89g;郭尔罗斯细毛羊主要器官重量(P<0.05)、10月龄体重、宰前活重、胴体重、净肉重、屠宰率、净肉率、骨肉比(P<0.01)明显高于东北细毛羊;主要肉块营养成分与东北细毛羊无明显差异(P>0.05);肉质pH值、失水率、熟肉率与东北细毛羊无明显差别(P>0.05),而眼肌面积明显高于东北细毛羊(P<0.01)。Fattening performance and mutton quality of 10monthold Hoggets in the Guoerluosi Finewool Sheep (GFS) were studied in this paper, compared with those in the Northeast Finewool Sheep (NFS). After 6 month fattening, average liveweight gain per day were 131.22g and 104.89g for GFS and NFS, respectively. The weights of main body organs (P<0.05), liveweight, liveweight before slaughtering, carcass weight, meat weight, dressing percentage, meat percentage (MP) and ratio of bone to meat (RBM) in GFS (P<0.01) were significantly higher than those in NFS. Nutrient composition of carcass in GFS were not significantly different from those in NFS. pH, waterlosing percentage, ripening percentage (P>0.05) were not different from, but eye muscle area of GFS (P<0.05) was significantly higher than those of NFS.
