摘 要:采用土培方法探讨芘对小白菜幼苗生长和若干生理生化指标影响的结果表明:芘对小白菜种子发芽率无影响,对幼苗株高、根长和叶面积显著抑制;芘处理的小白菜幼苗叶内叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b和类胡萝卜素含量显著下降;而丙二醛(MDA)含量和细胞质膜透性则显著提高,且质膜透性随着芘浓度的增加呈现升高→下降→升高的趋势;高浓度芘处理的小白菜幼苗叶内脯氨酸含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均极显著提高。The effects of different concentrations of pyrene in soil on growth and several physiological and biochemical indexes of Brassica chinensis seedlings were studied.The results showed that pyrene had little effects on the seed germination, but suppressed significantly the plant height, root length and leaf area. Pyrene stress brought about the reduction of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll a+b and carotenoid pigment obviously. The contents of malondiadehyde (MDA) increased greatly and the membrane permeability increased at first, then decreased and increased at last with pyrene treatment. Free proline contents, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) activities were all increased obviously with high pyrene concentration treatment.
