前牙PFM修复患者的美观满意度调查及患者因素对其的影响

摘　　要：目的:了解患者对前牙PFM修复体美观的满意情况,探讨患者因素对前牙PFM修复美观满意度的影响。方法:选择152例前牙PFM修复患者为研究对象,在PFM修复前对患者进行基本情况和艾森克人格问卷中的神经质量表(N表)调查,在PFM修复体黏固后对患者进行修复美观效果满意度问卷调查。修复美观效果满意度问卷包括总体美观效果满意度和美观效果、色泽效果、外形效果、面容改善、自信心增强5项细化内容。使用SPSS 11.0统计软件对患者基本情况、N值与各项美观效果满意度进行相关性分析。结果:152例患者的总体满意值为20.01±3.926,美观效果、色泽效果、外形效果、面容改善、自信心增强满意度分别为80.9%、77.7%、78.9%、65.1%、71.1%。总体美观效果满意度与PFM期望相关,美观效果满意度与患者的年龄、N值及对美观的期望相关,色泽效果满意度与N值相关,外形效果满意度与性别相关,面容改善满意度与自觉前牙缺陷影响、亲友修复史和PFM期望相关,自信心增强满意度与自觉前牙缺陷影响、亲友修复史和PFM期望相关。结论:患者对前牙PFM修复的效果比较满意,患者的年龄、性别以及对PFM和美观的期望等均可以影响对前牙PFM修复的美观满意度。Objective： To investigate the influence factors on patients＇ satisfaction of beauty to porcelain fused metal of anterior teeth. Methods： 152 patients who had the porcelain fused metal crown of anterior teeth were involved. Every patient filled in the basic circumstance questionnaire and the N （neuroticism）quantity form in the Eysenck personality questionnaire（EPQ） before repair. The questionnaire of satisfaction for beauty included total beautiful satisfaction and beauty, color and luster, shape, improvement of feature, strength of self - confident. The data were carried out by SPSS 11.0 the relativity analysis of the satisfaction for beauty, achievement of expectation with the patients＇ factors, and the N value. Resuits： The total satisfaction was 20.01±3. 926. The total achievement of expectation and achievement of beauty expectation were 82.72% ± 12.882% and 83.12% ± 13. 023%, respectively. The total beautiful satisfaction was related to the expectation of PFM crown of anterior teeth. The N value and the total achievement of expectation were related. Conclusion： The patients are satisfied with the PFM repair for anterior teeth. Various factors can influent the patients＇ satisfaction of beauty to PFM repair of anterior teeth.
