关节腔注射治疗颞下颌关节上腔粘连的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨关节腔注射治疗对颞下颌关节上腔粘连的治疗效果。方法:回顾口腔外科门诊2006年7月至2007年10月接诊的14例进行关节腔注射治疗的颞下颌关节上腔粘连病例,测量治疗前后的最大开口度,进行配对t检验。结果:治愈率57.14%(8/14),有效率71.43%(10/14);治疗前后开口度配对t检验,t=4.441,P=0.001。结论:关节腔注射治疗对关节上腔粘连有一定疗效,长期效果有待进一步观察。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of intra -articular injection with sodium hyaluronate as the treatment for temporomandibular joint adhesion. Methods： Total 14 patients with temporomandibular joint superior space adhesion were received intra - articular injection with 1 ml of sodium hyaluronate. The maximal mouth opening was measured before and after treatment. Resnits： The total effective rate was 71.43% （10/14）, cure rate was 57.14% （8/14）. There was statistical difference on the mouth opening between before and after treatment （P = 0. 001 ）. Conclusion： In treating adhesion of temporomandibular joint, sodium hyaluronate injection is effective, but the long - term effect need further follow -- up.
