摘  要:以大麦为基础日粮(含15.7%粗蛋白)时,肉鸭增重随着日龄的增长而增加,第5周达到最大值;料重比随着日龄的增长显著升高。日粮中添加粗酶制剂显著提高了全期肉鸭的增重,使其小肠食糜粘度在十二指肠及空肠段显著下降,而回肠段显著上升;并且显著增加了食糜上清液中β-葡聚糖的含量。肉鸭消化器官的相对重量随着日龄的增加而显著下降,加酶能明显降低消化器官的相对重量。肉鸭食糜及胰腺中的酶活力42日龄时比21日龄时显著提高;加酶对21日龄肉鸭小肠食糜上清液及胰腺中酶活力影响较大,对42日龄影响很小。42日龄同21日龄相比,对照组肉鸭血糖浓度下降,尿酸水平变化不大;而加酶组血糖上升,尿酸水平显著下降。血液中胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平随着日龄的增长而大幅度上升;加酶影响血液中IGF-1水平,且与日龄有关。Experiment on Cherry Valley ducks fed barley based diet or with crude enzyme supplemetation was carried out. The results demonstrated that the body weight gain increased with time and reached its peak at the fifth week, while the relative growth rate decreased with the time. Addition of crude enzyme lowered the viscosity of duodenal and jejunal digesta significantly, and increased the βglucan content of digesta supernatant. The relative weight of digestive organs decreased with raising, especially with supplementation of crude enzyme. The enzyme activities of digesta and pancreas in 42 days old broiler ducks elevated significantly compared to those of 21 days old ducklings, whereas the opposite result was observed during addition of exogenous enzyme to the diet. Comparing to 21 days old duckling, the concentration of blood glucose lowered and uric acid changed nonsignificantly in 42 days old ducks, while in enzyme treated group, the concentration of blood glucose elevated and uric acid lowered obviously. The blood IGF1 level increased with growing, supplementation of crude enzyme affected the IGF1 level which was influenced by age.
