摘  要:对黑曲霉变异菌株6042产生的酸性蛋白酶的性质及其作饲料添加剂的应用研究表明:酶作用条件基本与动物消化道生理条件相适应,最适pH为3.0~3.5,最适温度为40~50℃。酶液在40℃以下稳定,50℃以上则不稳定,60℃处理30分钟基本失活。固体粗酶制品的稳定性较好,室温保存半年酶活仅损失13.4%。在最佳作用条件下,对酵母和鱼粉具有明显的降解作用,氨基酸总量分别比对照增加89.7%和61.8%。将5000u/g的饲用酸性蛋白酶制剂以0.1%添加于乳猪及仔猪饲料中,日增重和饲料转化率分别比对照提高7.77%和4.71%。This study was conducted to determine some characteristics of acid proteinase produced by Aspergillus niger strain 6042 and its effect as feed additive. The conditions for enzyme action was fundamentally suited to the physiological conditions of digestion channel in animal. The optimum pH was 3.0~3.5 and the optimum reactive temperature was 40~50℃. The enzyme liquor was stable below 40℃ and unstable above 50℃. The enzyme activity was almost lost at 60℃ for 30 min. The stability of solid crude enzyme product was better and the enzyme activity was reduced by 13.4% when the solid crude enzyme powder was stored at room temperature for six months. Under the optimal conditions for enzyme action, the notable degradation function exists in decomposing yeast and fish meal. The toatl quantities of amino acid was 89.7% and 61.8% higher than that of the control respectively. While the feed acid proteinase containing 5000u/g was added to the feedstuff with the proeinase of 0.1% in sucking pig and piglet, the increase in weight each day and the rate of feed change were 7.77% and 4.71% higher than those of the control respectively. These results suggest that the acid proteinase can be applied as an ideal feed enzyme.
