体育学专业大学生预见就业不确定性认知因素及特点研究

摘　　要：大学生对于未来就业环境中不确定性因素的认知,将会影响到他们的就业行为。采用自编"大学生预见就业不确定性认知问卷",调查了大学生预见就业的不确定性认知因素,并分析了体育学专业大学生预见就业不确定认知的特点。研究表明:大学生预见就业不确定性认知由5个因素组成,体育学专业大学生在预见就业不确定性认知的各因素上表现出较低的认知水平,大学生预见就业不确定性认知水平存在性别差异。University students＇ cognition of the indetermination factors of future employment environment will influence their employment behavior. Adopting self-made ＂cognition questionnaire of university students foreseeing employment indetermination＂, investigated the cognition factors of university students＇ foreseeing the indetermination of employment, and analyzed the characteristics of the cognition of university physical education students＇ foreseeing employment indetermination. Studies suggested： The cognition of university students＇ foreseeing the employment indetermination consisted of 5 factors, university students of physical education major showed a lower cognition level in foreseeing the employment indetermination on each factor, and sex difference could be seen in the cognition levels of the university students＇ foreseeing the employment indetermination.
