摘 要:利用多领域软件构建了基于Simulink的机电液一体化系统集成化仿真平台。分析了机电液一体化系统各领域之间的参数关联关系,提出了基于Simulink的集成化仿真平台框架,研究了各软件之间的组织内部协同仿真方法。以液压驱动的大型起竖系统仿真为例验证仿真平台的可行性和有效性,表明该方法能够实现机械、液压、控制系统仿真模型的有机集成,高效、经济、可靠地处理机电液系统非线性建模仿真和优化控制问题,为机电液一体化系统的协同研发搭建一个支撑平台。The integrated simulation platform for mechanical electro-hydraulic system based on Simulink using multi-domain software was discussed. The parameters relation of multi domains for mechanical electro-hydraulic system was analyzed, the integrated simulation platform frame based on Simulink was brought forward, and co-simulation methods between software interfaces were studied. The simulation platform is feasibility and validity with simulating the large erected system driven by hydraulic system, and it is also shown that this method can realize the integrating of mechanism, hydraulic and control system, and the simulation and optimization control of mechanical electro-hydraulic system can be managed economically and reliably. The simulation platform builds up a supporting platform for the collaborative study of mechanical electro- hydraulic system.
