摘 要:应用流体力学基本原理,从理论上分析了液压传感器的动力学和运动学特性,推导出闭锁离合器控制阀开启压力的计算公式;建立了控制阀和闭锁离合器的力学方程和运动学方程,采用SIMULINK仿真工具箱建立了仿真模型,以假想的涡轮转速作为输入,得到闭锁离合器活塞位移曲线和负载压力曲线,并和现场实验得到的结果比较,验证了仿真模型的正确性。液压控制闭锁离合器的动态仿真对合理设计控制阀以及闭锁离合器的控制方式的研究有一定的指导意义。Dynamics and kinematics characters of hydraulic sensor were analyzed using hydrodynamics theories. Computer formula of lock-up control valve open pressure was deduced and validated in locale experiment. Dynamics and kinematics characters of control valve and clutch were established. Simulation model was set by using SIMULINK-toolbox and imagined turbine rotate formulation regard as input function. Lock-up clutch piston graph and load-pressure graph were obtained and validated in locale experiment. The locale experiment proves that design of hydraulic control mode is exactitude Research of lock-up clutch dynamic simulation has extent instruction significance to design control valve and study lock-up clutch rational controlling mode.
