摘  要:应用多体动力学方法模拟贴片机系统动态过程,仿真"测量"其误差值。根据贴片机的结构形式,建立贴片机的数学模型和虚拟样机模型。用考虑结合部影响的刚柔耦合模型模拟实际系统,而以多刚体模型作为理想系统,通过仿真得到贴片机的动态误差。仿真结果表明贴片机系统的动态精度能够被控制在许可范围内。采用激光干涉仪对仿真分析结果进行试验验证,试验结果与仿真结果吻合较好,验证了该方法的正确性。The mounting process of a placement machine was simulated by the multi--body dynamics method. The dynamic error was obtained based on simulation. Based on the mechanical structure, the mathematical model and the virtual prototyping model of the placement machine were built. The rigid--flexible coupling model including the joints was used to simulate the actual system, and the multi--rigid--body model was used as the ideal system. The results show that the precision is controlled within permissive range. Finally, the experiments were made to validate the simulated resuits by laser interferometer.
