摘　　要：高校知识产权管理是科技创新工作的重要组成部分。由一份协议可以发现我国高校在知识产权管理方面存在问题:保护意识淡薄、管理制度不够完善,缺乏有效的激励机制、重奖励轻专利以及管理体制不健全等,我国高校应普及知识产权法律、完善知识产权制度、健全管理机制、设立专利专项基金、完善科研管理机制、培育科技产业,以提高高校知识产权保护水平。The intellectual property rights management in College has become important part of scientific and technological innovation. There have many problems in the intellectual property rights management aspect in College. It has brought a series of negative influences to the intellectual property rights creation, the protection and the utilization of the university. China＇s University should make law of intellectual property rights dissemination, improvement the system of intellectual property rights, reform the management mechanism, set up special fund of patent, improvement scientific research administration mechanism, cultivate scientific and technological industrial. The aim is enhancing the level on the intellectual property rights management in College.
