摘　　要：新时期加强辅导员队伍建设是坚持育人为本、德育为先的必然要求,是统筹高校改革、发展和稳定的必然要求,是锻炼造就高素质人才的必然要求。因此,应该以提高辅导员的地位为核心,以提升辅导员的素质为依托,以拓宽辅导员的发展空间为动力,推进辅导员队伍的专业化和职业化发展,提高辅导员队伍建设的实效性。It is an inevitable requirement to strengthening the building of college counselor team for persisting in people -centered and moral education first spirit. It is the inevitable demand to co - ordinate university reform, development and stability and cultivates high - quality personnel. Therefore, it is necessary to promote counselors status, enhance their quality, make room for their further development, boost the professionalization and specialization development for counselors and enhance the effectiveness of the building of counselor team.
