摘　　要：目的评价BLB种植体,即刻人工种植修复外伤性牙缺失的临床效果。方法9例患者因外伤缺失牙后,即刻植入14颗BLB种植体,4个月(下颌)或6个月(上颌)后行上部结构修复。定期进行临床和放射学检查。结果14颗种植体中,经8个月以上观察,失败1颗。结论如获得较好的初期稳定性,BLB种植体即刻种植修复外伤性缺牙,可以取得良好的临床效果。Objective To assess the clinical effect of BLB to restore tooth loss for extraction. Methods 9 cases of tooth defect caused by trauma were implanted. The superior structure was repaired after 4 or 6 months （upper or lower jaw）. The clinical and radiological results were detected in certain period. Results 13 teeth were successful and 1 fail after 8 months followup. Conclusion The immediate implantation of BLB implants to restore tooth loss might be a possible treatment alternative for ideal earlier stability.
