摘　　要：介绍了当前流行的Web开发的3个开源模块:Struts、Hibernate和Spring,并结合这3种架构设计和开发了一套B/S架构的电子政务系统并已成功的投入应用。该系统分为3层,其中重点分析了Spring框架对Struts视图层和Hibernate持久层的集成控制。在J2EE平台下整合3种技术,系统层次划分更为清晰,可扩展性大大增强,大幅度提高了软件开发的效率。Based on the research of struts, hibernate and spring, a new method in web development is presented. This method uses struts for the view layer, spring for business logic layer and hibernate for data persistence. Combing of the three frameworks, the B/S E-government system is designed and developed. With the integration of three technologies on the J2EE platform, it greatly improves the development efficiency and makes the system more maintainable.
