摘  要:本文阐述了单片机高精度温控系统的软件和硬件的设计。为保证温度场分布均匀,依据传热理论对系统被控对象模型进行了设计。在对系统的PID实现中,通过软件设计提高运算精度,通过硬件设计改善系统的测控精度,使该控制策略具有良好的控制精度和很强的鲁棒性。其次,针对系统的加热过程的复杂性,如时变特性和时滞特性,研究了基于模型化的自适应控制系统。This essay gives a detailed account of the design of single chip’s soft and hard wares of high-precision temperature-con-trolling system. In order to make the temperature been uniform distribution, the model being controlled of this system is designed based on the over-all heat transfer theory. In the process of making PID control realized, calculating precision is improved by de-signing software and, designing hardware improves measuring and controlling precision of the system. Next, considering the complexity of the heating process of the system, such as the characteristics the time change and delay, the self-adaptive control system was studied.
