摘　　要：本文采用西门子S7-224为主机,实现了对Minas A4系列交流伺服电机的控制,通过PTO发出频率可变的高速脉冲控制电机运行,利用高速计数器对电机的编码反馈信号进行计数,实现了闭环控制,可在机械加工、生产线等系统中与其它设备实现无缝连接,提高整体的自动化水平。In this paper, a PLC based method to control the motion of Minas A4 Series AC Servo Actuator is presented, and take siemens S7-224 as example. The method uses PTO, the port of PLC, outputs frequency-changeable high-speed pulse , and ap-plies Internal high-speed Counter to receive the Feedback code of Servo Actuator and count it , to implement closed loop controlling. This method can be used to realizes the no-slot connection with equipment ,in production lines, mechanical process system and so on, to enhance the level of whole system’s automatization.
