摘　　要：本文分析了防滑器风阀部件检修试验的功能需求,规划设计了部件诊断系统的软、硬件方案,并详细讨论了系统中各模块的功能与实现方法、PC机的通信与人机界面设计等。该系统具有操作简单、自动化程度高,适用范围广、实用性强等特点。This paper presents a kind of research and design of the hardware and software for DUMP VALVE Diagnosis System, especially expatiates on the function and realization of each module in the Diagnosis System. The paper also mainly introduces the design of the communication and interface of PC. The DUMP VALVE Diagnosis System has low price and high automatization which can be controlled easily. It can be widely used in many kinds of fields.
