摘　　要：通过对大学生公费医疗现状的分析,找出了大学生公费医疗存在的弊端:计划经济的垄断性、公费医疗覆盖的有限性和高校医院医疗水平的局限性。提出了大学生公费医疗体制改革的思路:1、尽快建立大学生医疗保障体系,加强政府的投入力度;2、推行分层次的公费医疗报销办法;3、建立学生团体平安保险与公费医疗改革的保障模式。Based on an analysis of the present situation of free medical service for college students in China, this paper attempts to pinpoint the major problems inherent in the current practice： monopoly caused by the planned economy, insufficient coverage, and technological inadequacy of college hospitals. Three proposals are offered for the reform of the system of free medical service for college students： 1. Increase governmental input to speed up the establishment of the medical security system for college students; 2. Gradate the reimbursements of medical expenses; 3. Combine medical insurance with free medical service.
