椎管内脊膜瘤的MRI分析

摘　　要：目的:提高对椎管内脊膜瘤MRI表现的认识。材料与方法:回顾性分析20例经手术病理证实为脊膜瘤的MRI表现及临床资料。结果:全部20例脊膜瘤均为椎管内单一发病,其中胸段15例,颈段4例,腰段1例,肿瘤T_1WI呈等信号,T_2WI呈等或稍高信号,增强后大多为中度较均匀强化,13例可见"硬脊膜尾征"。结论:脊膜瘤的MRI表现较具有特征性,MBI是诊断椎管内脊膜瘤的最佳影像检查方法。Purpose： To improve the acknowledgement of MR imaging features of intraspinal meningioma. Materials and Methods： The MR imaging and clinical data of 20 patients with surigical pathologically proved intraspical meningioma were retrospectively analyzed. Results： In 20 patents, a singular lesion was found in each patient. 15 lesions of intraspinal meningioma occurred in the thoracal spine, 4 lesions in the cervical spine and 1 lesion in the lumbar spine. The lesions manifested iso- intense signal on the T1WI imaging and iso- or slightly high intense signa on the T2WI imaging and moderately homogeneous enhancement after contrast enhancement. The tail sign was found in 13 patients. Conclusion： The manifestation of the intraspinal meningioma was characteristic on MR imaging. MR imaging is the best modality of choice for the diagnosis of itraspinal meningioma.
