摘  要:目的:考察姜黄素磷脂复合物的制备工艺,并对其形成机理进行研究。方法:对反应溶剂、反应时间、反应物浓度、反应温度等因素对行考查,获取最佳制备条件,利用红外光谱、质谱及核磁共振分析技术研究对其结构进行分析。结果:0.5 g姜黄素与1.0 g大豆磷脂溶于100 mL无水乙醇中,于50℃水浴中搅拌反应1 h,减压蒸去乙醇,收集固体物,真空干燥12 h可得稳定的复合物。结论:该制备工艺简单、稳定,且推断其形成机理为大豆卵磷脂通过以磷原子为中心的极性基团与姜黄素发生复合。The purpose of this study was to investigate the preparation and characteristics of curcumin phospholipid complex, including the effects of reaction time, reaction solvent, reaction concentration and reaction temperature. Preparation technology resulted in that 0. 5 g curcumin and 10 g soy phospholipid dissolved in 100 mL anhydrous alcohol, were stirred 1 h in 50 ℃ waterbath, then steamed alcohol in decompression, collected solid residue and vacuum dried for 12 h. The physicochemical properties for the new com- plex including IR spectrometer, mass spectrograph and HNMR equipment were detected. As a result, the formation of the complex is based on the reaction between phospholipid polar group rounding phosphorus atom and curcumin. This result gave the evidence for the formation mechanism of phospholipid complex.
