摘　　要：西部民族地区生态环境的恶化,直接影响了西部大开发战略的实施.立足于制度文化、物质文化、思想观念文化和生态文化教育,对西部民族地区生态环境建设作了探讨.The deterioration of ecological environment in the west China with ethnic minorities will directly impact on the implementation of the west development strategy of Chinese government. It was proposed that the building of ecological environment in west China where many ethnic minority people live should be conducted on the basis of reinforcing education with regime culture, material culture, ideological and conceptual culture and ecological culture.
