永久性腹部肠造口会阴移植肛门重建术疗效观察（附10例报告）

摘　　要：为探讨直肠癌Miles术后腹部肠造口病人，行会阴移植的重建术疗效，采用腹会阴联合切除的方法，将腹部肠造口经盆腔隧道移出，与肛口吻合，4例进行了股薄肌移植肛门成形术。经2～21年的观察，重建的肛门具有一定的控便能力。10例中。优良为6例，可与差各2例。For the objective of probing into the efficacy of the procedure of transplant permanent intestinal stoma from abdomen to perineum and anal reconstruction following Mile＇s operation for 10 cases with rectal carcinoma author performed the procedure： make combined resection of abdomen and perineum, the stoma through out pelvic cavity tunnels to anastome with anus;in 4 patients also perferm musculus gracilis transplantation plus anoplasty. The follow-up of 2-21 years found that reconstruction anus has certain control function of defecation,and their efficacies were excellent and good in 6 cases,fair in 2 cases,poor in 2 cases.
