摘 要:目的研究Pep-1-sod对缺血再灌注沙鼠脑组织抗凋亡能力的影响。方法将84只蒙古沙鼠随机分为假手术组、缺血再灌组、干预1组及干预2组,采用TUNEL方法计数各组不同时相凋亡细胞。结果干预1组在不同时点海马CA1区锥体细胞凋亡数显著少于缺血再灌组及干预2组,差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。干预1组与假手术组在不同时点的海马CA1区锥体细胞凋亡数无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论Pep-1-sod可穿越血脑屏障发挥神经保护作用。Objective To study the anti-apoptosis effect of Pep-1-sod on brain tissue of Mongolian gerbil undergoing cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods 84 Mongolian gerbils were used to made model and randomly divided into 4 groups:sham-operated group, cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group, Pep-1-sod treated group and sod treated group. The number of apoptotic cells in every group was counted by TUNEL during different phases. Results There was significant decrease of the number of apoptotic cells in hippocampus CA1 in Pep-1-sod treated group when compared with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group and sod treated group during different phases ( P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01, respectively ). No differentiation of apoptotic cells number in hippocampus CA1 was found between Pep-1-sod treated group and sham-operated group( P 〉0.05 ). Conclusion Pep-1-sod can cross through blood brain barrier and protect neuron from the injuring of ischemiareperfusion.
