摘　　要：通过对特种旅游和价值工程的分析,说明了在特种旅游中应用价值工程的必要性和重要性。然后利用价值工程研究原理,探讨了价值工程在特种旅游中的具体应用,为特种旅游的优化决策提供可靠的理论依据。Through the analysis of the special traveling and value engineering,we explained the necessity and the importance of value engineering＇s application in the special traveling. Then using the value engineering theory, discuss the concrete value engineering＇s application in the special traveling, provide the reliable theory basis for decision-making.
