摘　　要：分析了备货型企业生产计划的重要性,说明在备货型企业优化生产计划的难点。对以前使用的优化方法优缺点进行了综述,提出从新的角度来考虑生产计划的优化问题,应用多阶段策略,建立动态规划模型。通过对模型的分析,并以实例进行计算,得出的结果表明:动态规划法对备货型生产计划的优化具有较高的可靠性和有效性,为计划的调整提供了参考依据。The importance of production planning was discussed in make-to-stock type enterprise and difficulties in optimizing production planning were illustrated. After the good and bad points in past optimized method were discussed, it is pointed out considerate the optimization of production planning from a new angle and the dynamic programming model is established through using multi-stage strategy. The result indicates using the dynamic programming to optimize production planning in make-to-stock has higher reliability, validity and provides the reference for plan adjustment through model analysis and example computation.
