摘 要:动态能力是整合、构建和重组内外部资源以修正运营操作能力从而适应动态复杂快速变化环境的能力。由于企业所处稳态环境的已有优势被侵蚀,市场先入者的优势被快速销蚀,以及中国特殊的国情背景,企业必须塑造与提升其动态能力。通过对动态能力相关文献以及实地调研访谈,总结出动态能力由环境洞察能力、变革更新能力、技术柔性能力、组织柔性能力四个要素构成,构建了企业动态能力的测量指标体系。最后通过因子分析等实证检验方法进行了统计上的探索与验证,检验了企业动态能力对绩效的贡献。Dynamic capabilities are defined as the firm's ability to integrate, build, and reconfigure internal and external competences to improve the operating capabilities and make further contribution to the ad- aptation to the rapidly changing environments. As times goes on, the former advantages of the firm have been eroded, so the firm must build and enhance the dynamic capabilities. Through reviewing the relevant literature and case investigation, this paper summarizes the components of the dynamic capabilities. And specifically, it uses the empirical study to verify that dynamic capabilities are comprised of four dimensions: changing and renewal capabilities, organizational flexibility capabilities, technological flexibility capabilities and environmental awareness capabilities. Moreover, it designs the index system of dynamic capabilities. On the basis of a large-scale questionnaire investigation, the paper examines the IT capability's contribution to the performance based on 108 valid samples. The findings indicate that dynamic capabilities are positively associated with the firm's performance. And finally, the paper makes the prospect about the research.
