双益平对社区轻度认知功能障碍老年患者治疗的初步研究

摘　　要：目的采用石杉碱甲(双益平)对社区轻度认知功能障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)老年患者进行促智治疗,观察其服药后认知功能的变化。方法采用随机双盲交叉安慰剂对照法,对41例社区筛查MCI老年患者,随机分为A(先服石杉碱甲,再服安慰剂)、B(先服安慰剂,再服石杉碱甲)二个治疗顺序组,石杉碱甲剂量为150μg,2次/日,24周,安慰剂每次3片,2次/日,24周;在治疗前后每12周进行简易精神状况检查表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)评定。结果A、B两组患者双益平治疗期MMSE分值提高,对照期MMSE分值下降(两组内各测评点MMSE分值有统计学意义,P=0.006;分组与各测评点之间存在交互效应,P=0.001)。结论双益平对MCI患者的认知功能有改善作用,尤其改善MCI患者的短时听觉词语记忆。Objective To study effects of Hoperzine A Tablets for treatment in aged patients （pts） with mild cognitive impairment （MCI） in community. Methods A double - blind, randomized, placebo - controlled study was conducted in 41 aged pts with MCI in community. All pts were randomly divided into two groups： Group A administered with Huperzine A Tablets first, then with placebo and Group B administered with placebo first, then with Huperzine A Tablets. The mini-mental state examination （MMSE） was completed before and after the treatment at every 12 weeks. Results In two groups, the MMSE scores were increased during treatment with Huperzine A Tablets, and the scores were decreased in control. The MMSE scores of individual examination points differed in two groups （P=0. 006）. Conclusion Huperzine A Tablets could improve the cognition in pts with MCI, especially their short auditory verbal memory ability.
