摘　　要：目的：探讨CyclinA及细胞凋亡在子宫肌瘤及邻近正常肌组织中的表达及意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学法测定子宫肌瘤组织和邻近正常肌组织中CyclinA的表达情况。采用TUNEL法观察子宫肌瘤组织和邻近正常肌组织中的凋亡情况。结果：CyclinA在子宫肌瘤及正常肌组织中均有表达，但在子宫肌瘤组织中的表达明显强于正常肌组织中（P〈0．01）；子宫肌瘤组织中未检测到凋亡细胞，而邻近正常肌组织中偶尔可见凋亡染色阳性细胞。结论：子宫肌瘤细胞增生的增强，凋亡的抑制是子宫肌瘤生长的重要机制。Objective：To explore the etiology of leiomyomas by detecting the expression of CyclinA and apoptosis in uterine leiomyomas. Methotis ：The expression of CyclinA in leiomyoma and normal matched myometrium was detected by SP immunohistochemical staining, Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP nick - end - labeling （TUNEL） were used to assess the apoptotic cells in uterine leiomyomas and normal matched myometriums. Results：The number of CyclinA positive cells were significantly higher in uterine leimyomas than those in normal myometriums （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The apoptotic cells were detected in normal matched myometriums, not in uterine leiomyomas. Conclusion .The increase of cellular proliferation and the inhibiting of apoptosis were the important mechanisms of uterine leiomyomas progress.
