摘　　要：医院必须就生命垂危患者的临终关怀——生命支持治疗措施如胃造口管人工喂食的开展或放弃等问题与家属讨论。作者就这种治疗措施的医学伦理学现状、问题、利弊、建议进行讨论。The hospital have to arrange discussions about carrying out or giving up life -support treatment such as gastrostomy artificial feeding on critical ill patients with patients themselves or their family members. In this article, we expatiate on the present ethical situation, problems, value assessment, recommendations on this treatment.
