摘　　要：为揭示城市地价区域扩散规律,针对中心城市对周边城市地价扩散影响现象,首先给出了地价区域扩散的内涵,分析了其扩散特征及产生原因;接着在地价扩散与热传导机理相似的基础上,利用傅立叶定律构建了地价区域扩散模型,并以徐州地区为例进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:城市地价间扩散影响程度与城市间的地价差异及扩散途径密切相关。For revealing the law of land value regional diffusion and aiming at the influence on the land value diffusion from centre city to peripheral cities, this paper defines the connotation of the land regional diffusion and analyzes the diffusion characteristics and the causes. On the basis of the comparability of land value diffusion and thermal conduction mechanism, the paper establishes a land value regional diffusion model on the Fourier Law and conducts a demonstrative analysis in Xuzhou area. The result indicates that the degree of diffusion influence in land value of different cities is closely related to land value difference and diffusion approaches of the cities.
