摘  要:目的探讨乳腺癌组织中CA15-3、VEGF的表达及MVD测定的意义。方法采用组织芯片技术结合免疫组化(SP法)检测150例乳腺癌,30例导管内乳头状瘤,纤维腺瘤及正常乳腺组织各10例中的CA15-3、VEGF的表达并进行MVD测定。结果150例乳腺癌的CA15-3阳性率为72.0%(108/150)、VEGF阳性率为81.33%(122/150)、MVD计数为17.5±12.2,均显著高于导管内乳头状瘤、纤维腺瘤及正常乳腺组织;并与乳腺癌组织分级、有无浸润及淋巴结转移有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CA15-3、VEGF及MVD测定对于判断乳腺癌的生物学行为及评估预后有重要意义,可用于指导临床对乳腺癌的治疗。Objective To investigate the significance of expressions of CA15-3 and VEGF and MVD metered in breast cancer tissues. Methods CA15-3 and VEGF were detected and MVD were measured in 150 cases of primary breast cancer, 30 cases of intraductal papilloma, 10 cases of fibroadenoma and 10 cases of normal mammary gland tissue by SP immunohistochemistry method on tissue microarray. Results The positive expression rates of CA15-3 and VEGF in primary breast cancer were 72.0%(108/150)and 81. 33%(122/150);MVD counting was 17. 5±12.2 , which was obviously higher than intraductal papilloma ,fibroadenoma and normal mammary gland tissue and was related with tumor histological grade.infiltration and lymph node metastases (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The combination detection of CA15-3.VEGF and MVD could serve as an im- portant index to determine the biological behavior and prognosis of breast cancer. It might be used to guide clinical therapy.
