摘　　要：目的：观察新鲜羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素对翼状胬肉切除术后睑球粘连临床疗效的影响。方法：采用新鲜羊膜移植及丝裂霉素治疗翼状胬肉切除术后睑球粘连15例16眼。手术均在显微镜下完成。结果：术后随访6-18个月，平均为12个月，羊膜移植手术均一次成功，临床上均未见新鲜羊膜植片急性排斥反应。2只眼（12．5％）2月后再次发生睑球粘连，但粘连面积较术前明显减小。结论：新鲜羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素是治疗翼状胬肉切除术后睑球粘连的有效方法。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of fresh aminiotic membrance transplantation and MMC in treatment of symblepharon after resection of ptergium.Methods：Transplant with fresh aminiotie membrance and MMC by microscope including 15 patients 16 eyes symblepharon after resection of ptergium. Results： The fresh aminiotie membranee transplantation were sueeessful in most of the patients with symblepharon in the follow- up period for 6 - 18 months, patients were eurrentod in one time except two eyes of them（12.5% ）eeurrented three months later with less than pre- transplantation in degree. Conclusions： The transplantation with fresh aminiotie membranee and MMC is an effective and simple themputie method for the symblepharon afire resection of pterygium.
