摘　　要：用DYNAFORM对汽车消音器的成形过程进行模拟,确定是否需要拉延筋,以及拉延筋的大致尺寸,并预知成形过程中可能出现的缺陷及其位置。模拟的结果为模具设计提供参考,显著降低模具加工成本和制作周期。Moulding process has been simulated by using DYNAFORM,in order to ascertain the necessary of drawbeads and the dimension of drawbeads.At the same time,probable defects and their locations have been foreknown.The simulation result provides a reference for mould design, consequently,which reduces the cost and time of the mould manufacture.
