摘　　要：目的：评价后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的临床价值。方法：对2004年3月～2007年10月58例后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术进行分析和小结。结果：53例手术成功。手术时间40～120min，平均78min，术中失血20～150ml，平均45ml，术后住院时间3～8天，平均4．7天，无严重并发症发生。结论：后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术可作为肾上腺肿瘤外科治疗的首选方法。Objective：To evaluate retroperitoneal Laparoscopic adrenalectomy for adrenal tumor. Methods：From March, 2004 to Octeber, 2007,58 Cases of adrenal tumor treated with retroperitoneal Laparoscopic adrenalectomy were enrolled for analyze. Results： The procedure was successful in the 53 cases and operation time was 40-120 min with a mean of 78 min; The blood loss was 20-150 ml with a mean of 45 ml. No Serious Complications Occurred, Conclusions： Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic adrenalectomy should be the first Choice in treating adrenal tumors.
