摘 要:基于对内燃机基本工作原理、机械设计优化理论知识以及对气缸套磨损主要失效形式较为深入的了解和分析可知,气缸套内表面上、下部位的实际磨损情况差别非常大。为使气缸套表面磨损均匀化,便于气缸套的维护维修,对气缸套等离子多元共渗"等耐磨"处理进行了试验研究。结果表明:改变扫描处理速度、距离、电流、时间等参数,可达到"等耐磨性"处理的目的。该工艺可提高处理速度而不降低处理质量,成本低,热变形小。The cylinder inner surface from up to down was differentially wore, which was analyzed based on the basic principle of internal combustion engine, the optimization theory of mechanical design and the knowledge of wear failure of cylinder liner. To make the surface wear uniformly and maintain easily, the "uniform wearability"of cylinder was studie by the treatment plasma multicomponent cementation on the inner surface of cylinder. The results show that the change of scanning speed, distance, current, time parameters and so on can achieve the purpose of"uniform wearability". This craft can increase disposing speed without reducing the quality of disposing, and is of low cost, small thermal deformation.
