胸椎浆细胞瘤放疗后诱发恶性纤维组织细胞瘤1例报道

摘　　要：本文报告1例少见的胸8椎体浆细胞瘤放疗后诱发恶性纤维组织细胞瘤。患者男性,35岁,13年前因胸8椎体浆细胞瘤行椎管减压及胸8椎体部分切除术,并行术后放疗。因脊髓压迫症复发再次入院,同一部位再次手术,术后病理诊断:胸8椎体恶性纤维组织细胞瘤。A case with radiation induced malignant fibrous histiocytoma following the radiative therapy of plasmacytoma is reported. A 3S-years-old male patient was operated in 1989 by laminectomy and partial vertebrectomy caused by plasmacytoma on 8th thoracic vertebra and accepted post-operative radiotherapy. In 2002, the patient was re-admitted because of the spinal cord compression and was given the second operation at the same region. The pathological diagnosis is malignant fibrous histiocytoma in T8.
