食管渗疗器渗透规律的示踪观察

摘　　要：用自行标记的５－１３１Ｉ尿嘧啶（５－１３１ＩＵ）作为示踪剂，通过ＳＰＥＣＴ观察食管半透膜渗疗器在体内外的渗透规律。１５例食管癌患者体内示踪观察表明，渗疗器囊内放射性计数按指数规律递减，曲线方程是Ｙ＝Ａ·（０．７３９）ｘ，其半渗透时间为１．８ｈ；经半透膜渗出的药物除少量被肿瘤组织吸收外，大部分进入体循环再分布到各组织器官。体外观察表明，囊内加压对渗透速度无影响。观察渗疗器囊内渗透规律对指导临床合理渗疗具有一定的意义。The diffuse rule of esophageal diffusiontherapy apparatus was observed in vivo and in vitro with 5131Iiodouracil(5131IU) as tracer agent and SPECT.The observation of fifteen patients with carcinoma of esophagus showed that the permeating velocity of 5131IU decreased according to the exponential rule,the formula is Y=A·(0.739)X,and half time of diffusion was 1.8 hours;A small amount of permeating of 5131IU incorporated into the tumor tissue,the most entered the systemic circulation and distributed other organs.The observation in vitro showed that the pressure inside apparatus had no influence on permeating velocity.The result provided scientific basis for clinical application of the method.
