摘　　要：目的探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病伴牙周炎患者牙周植骨手术的疗效及愈后并与普通患者术后结果进行对比。方法选择Ⅱ型糖尿病及普通牙周病伴牙周骨缺损、根分歧病变、根尖病变需手术患者于治疗前后分别检测牙龈出血指数（BI）、牙周探诊深度（PD）、牙龈再附着水平（CAL）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）和肿瘤坏死因子TNF-α的水平并进行X-ray平行投照片。结果两组患者术后,观察术后四周、八周、十二周相比牙龈出血指数、牙周探诊深度、牙周再附着水平及X-线片显示牙槽骨骨量增加普通患者组优于糖尿病组,但统计学上无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。而两组术前术后自身比较牙周临床各项指标有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,血清学检测无显著性差异（P〉05）。结论对于Ⅱ型糖尿病伴牙周炎患者进行牙周手术治疗后可取得满意疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of periodontal operation on type 2 diabetes patients with periodontitis.Methods 20 healthy adults and 5 type 2 diabetes patients with periodontal intrabony defects were selected.The followings were recorded before the operation the 1st month and repeated at the 1st month after the operations： bleeding index（BI）,probing depth（PD）,the clinical attachment loss（CAL）,circulating tumor necrosis factor-- alpha（TNF-）ncentration and the value of glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1C）.Ikesults Compare with themselves before and after the operation, both groups showed significant reduction in PD and CAL （P〈0.05）.While there were not significant differences between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclutions The periodontal operation is effective to type 2 diabetes patients with periodontitis in the treatment ofintrabody defect.
