摘 要:导电胶是一种固化或干燥后具有一定导电性能的胶粘剂。以Ag-Fe3O4复合粉体为导磁导电功能相,以环氧树脂加固化剂为粘合剂,制备了导磁导电胶。探讨了固化工艺和配方组成对导电胶体积电阻率的影响,用振动样品磁强计对导电导磁胶的磁性进行了表征,并对导电胶的形貌进行了SEM分析。结果表明,Ag-Fe3O4复合粉体的最佳含量在60%~70%之间,最佳固化工艺为125℃和2h,Ag-Fe3O4磁粉导电胶的磁性因Ag包覆层而变小,复合粉体的形态呈现枝叶状和片状时导电性最好。A magnetic and conductive adhesive was prepared from Ag-Fe3O4composite filler,epoxy resin,and curing reagent.The relationships between formulation and curing conditions and the volume conductivity were investigated,while its magnetism was characterized using a magnetometer.Moreover,the morphology of the adhesive was observed using a scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results showed that the optimal composition of Ag-Fe3O4 filler was 60%~70%,and the optimal curing conditions were suggested as temperature of 125 ℃ and duration of 2 h.The magnetism was decreased due to the presence of Ag encapsulated layer,while the best conductivity was reached when the composite filler in the adhesive had branch-like and platelet-like appearance.
