摘  要:通过循环伏安曲线测定,考察了Span60(山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯)对3-甲基吡啶电氧化的影响。正交实验确定的最佳反应条件是:n(3-甲基吡啶)/n(硫酸):0.4,添加高于或接近临界胶束浓度的Span60,反应温度15℃,阳极电位1.9~2.0V,电解电量为理论电量的10%;其选择性可达85.46%,电流效率为48.69%,电流密度提高300mA/cm^2,并根据最佳反应条件进行外循环放大实验,其结果与小试基本相同。在选定的实验范围内,Span60对3-甲基吡啶电氧化有明显的促进作用,有应用前景。Electrooxidation of 3-picoline was studied by cyclic vohammetry in sulfuric acid solution with surfactant sorbitan monostearate (Span 60 ). The optimum conditions of electrooxidation of 3-picoline were determined in the electrolytic system by orthogonal experiments to be : n (3-picoline)/n ( H2 SO4 ) = 0. 4,temperature 15 ℃, anode potential 1.9 - 2.0 V, electric quantity 10% of the theoretical, and Span 60 concentration close to or exceeding the critical micellar concentration. The selectivity and current efficiency were 85.46% and 48.69% , respectively, and the current density was enhanced by 300 mA/cm^2 in electrooxidation of 3-picoline by addition of Span 60. The scale-up tests were performed, and the results were almost uniform with the orthogonal experiments. This mothod possesses application prospect.
