应用型高技能数控人才培养模式的探讨——以井冈山大学工学院为例

摘　　要：在充分调研的基础上,以井冈山大学工学院为例阐述了数控技术专业人才的培养目标,以数控技术应用为主线,该院采用"精简、增加、整合"的方法,优化数控专业课程设置,提出了培养应用型高技能数控人才的课程体系和人才培养模式。On the basis of adequate investigation, taking technology faculty of Jinggangshan University for example, this paper discusses the training goal of digital - controlling majors and teaching method. The faculty adopts the method of ＂simplification, increase and integration＂ with emphasis on eth application of digital controlling technology, optimize the setup of professional courses of digital controlling major and puts forward the course system and training pattern of application - oriented digital controlling talents with high sell.
