摘  要:目的:探讨维生素B1和维生素B12位点注射疗法对缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)后大鼠神经细胞和神经胶质细胞的影响。方法:选取27只Wistar大鼠制成HIBD动物模型,20d后随机分为A、B、C3组(n=9),同时设D组(不构建模型)为正常对照组(n=5)。A组固定于额顶叶处注射维生素B1及维生素B12,1次/d,共25d;B组功能训练(鲍巴斯法);C组不予处理。观察各组动物的一般情况,50d后处死动物取脑进行电镜观察。结果:D组一般情况正常,A、B、C组大鼠体质量增长迟缓,皮毛干燥无光泽,出现行为能力障碍,如过度兴奋、惊吓、易激惹等。电镜下可见A组神经细胞结构较好,星形细胞足突空泡变性与膜破坏及小血管变化较轻。B组神经细胞轻度变性,星形细胞足突空泡变性与膜破坏及小血管变化较明显。C组神经细胞重度变性,呈现重度暗细胞表现,星形细胞足突空泡变性与膜破坏及小血管变化明显。结论:HIBD模型可产生类似脑瘫的病理改变,维生素B1和维生素B12位点注射有改善神经细胞和星形胶质细胞的作用,具有修复功能。Aim : To study the effects of epicranium medication injection of VitB1 and VitB12 on neurons and astrocytes of hypoxic-lschemic brain damage rats. Methods : A total of 27 Wistar rats were chosen to establish animal models of HIBD. Twenty days later, the rats were divided into three groups randomly( group A, B,and C,n = 9). Group D was used as normal control group(n =5). Group A was treated with VitB1 and VitB12 by injecting over frontal lobe and apical lobe once a day for 25 days. Group B was treated with function training( Bobath methods). Group C was not given any treatment. After 50 days, all the animals were killed and their brains were taken to observe the pathological changes under the electron mi- croscope. Results:Under electron microscope: neurons and astrocytes in group A had less denaturalization. Group B and C had more vacuole appearance, even dark cells. But group C had obvious abnormal changes. Conclusion: HIBD model can form pathological process similar to cerebral palsy and eplcranium medication injection of VitB1 and VitB12 relieve the injury of nerve cells and has better repairing effects.
