摘　　要：强化对党内权力的监督制约,是以党内和谐促进社会和谐的客观要求。以加强党内权力监督促进党内和谐,必须不断增强监督意识,构筑强化党内权力监督与增强党内和谐的思想基础;必须切实提高监督的质量,打造强化党内权力的监督与增强党内和谐的有效平台;必须着力加强党内监督制度建设,推进强化党内权力监督与增强党内和谐的制度化;必须充分发挥和保障党员监督权利,夯实强化党内权力监督与增强党内和谐的根基;必须优化党内监督的环境,为强化党内权力监督与增强党内和谐营造良好的外部条件。To fortify the supervision and restriction on inner-party power is an objective requirement of prodding social harmony with inner-party harmony . To intensify inner-party power surveillance with inner-party harmony must constantly enhance supervisory consciousness , and lay a thought foundation of enforcing inner-party power supervision and inner-party harmony ; must realistically promote the supervisory quality , and set effective platform for accelerating inner-party power supervision and inner-party harmony ; must unswervingly fortify inner-party supervision system construction , and advance the systematization of reinforcing inner-party power supervision and innex-party harmony ; must adequately exert the functions of commies supervision rights and guarantee it , and tamp the groundwork of enhancing inner-party power supervision and inner-party harmony ; must optimize the circumstance of inner-party supervision ,and create a benign external condition for strengthening inner-party power supervision and inner-party harmony.
