农村土地承包经营权流转问题研究——基于组织工具与组织绩效特性的分析

摘　　要：农村土地承包经营权流转有多种方式,依据Williamson组织理论,交易依其组织工具与绩效特性可以分为市场型、混合型与等级制三大类。通过比较研究,采用文献资料分析方法,运用新制度经济学威廉姆森关于组织特性与组织绩效的模型来分析农村土地承包经营权流转,试图找出农村土地承包经营权流转的最有效方式,为农村土地承包经营权流转提供借鉴和参考。通过几种土地流转方式的效率比较可以看出,中国农村土地使用权的流转效率的提高依赖于使用权强度的提高。There are many types of the transfer ence of rural land contract and operation rights. By analyzing the operation rights transfer of contracted rural through the model of organization characteristics and organization performance established by Oliver.E. Williamson, an economist, this paper attempts to find out the optimal way of the operation rights transference of contracted rural land. It can be seen through the efficiency comparison of the different ways of operation rights transference of contracted rural land that the efficiency improvement of transference of rural land operation rights in China depends on the enhancement of land use strength.
