摘　　要：目的:探讨大鼠IgA肾病中医湿热证模型的建立方法。方法:在口服牛血清白蛋白(BSA)并定时尾静脉注射BSA、葡萄球菌肠毒素B(SEB)的基础上,施以高糖高脂饮食、高温高湿环境,利用综合因素制成IgA肾病湿热证大鼠模型,并利用生物学方法、放射免疫法、光学显微镜、荧光显微镜等手段进行对比观察。结果:增加湿热因素能升高大鼠的体温,加重大鼠尿血、水肿及血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、IL-6、血肌酐水平,使其湿热表现更为突出。结论:此模型无论其发病条件、发病机制,还是主要症状、体征及病理表现,都更近似于临床IgA肾病中医湿热证型。Objective ：To explore the establishment of the model of rat IgA nephropathy with damp -heat syndrome of TCM. Methods ： Based on intragastric administration of bovine serum albumin （ BSA）, regularly tail vein injection of BSA, and staphylococcal enterotoxin B （SEB）, rats were fed with high -carbohydrate diet, tfigh fat diet, under an environment of high temperature and high humidity. Such methods made rat models of IgA nephropathy with damp - heat syndrome induced comprehensively. And observatory comparisons were conducted via biological methods, radioimmunoassay, light microscope and fluorescence microscope. Results ： Enhanced damp - heat factors raises the temperature of rats, aggravates conditions of hematuria, edema, and elevates serum levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, interleukin -6 and creatinine, making the manifestation of damp - heat syndrome more obvious. Conclusion ： On the basis of the nosogenesis, pathogenesis and the cardinal symptoms, physical signs and pathological findings, this model is more alike to IgA nephropathv patients with TCM clinical damp - heat syndrome.
