摘　　要：目的观察针刺对急性脑梗死患者血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)及纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(PAI-1)含量的影响。方法将93例患者随机分为针刺治疗组55例与西药对照组38例,针刺治疗组予以针刺百会、水沟,西药对照组给予川芎嗪注射液及脑复康注射液,检测两组患者治疗前后血浆t-PA、PAI-1含量;另选20例健康体检者作为正常对照组。结果脑梗死患者治疗前血浆t-PA、PAI-1含量显著增高;治疗后两组血浆t-PA、PAI-1含量均呈下降趋势,但针刺治疗组下降更明显,且接近正常值水平。结论针刺能显著降低急性脑梗死患者血浆t-PA、PAI-1含量,调节机体纤溶系统活性。Objective： To observe the effect of acupuncture on the contents of blood plasma t - PA and PAI - 1 of acute cerebral infarction- suffering patients. Methods： 93 acute cerebral infarction- suffering patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group of 55 cases（ n = 55） and western medical control group of 38 cases. Needling the acupoints of Baihui and Shuigou was adapted in acupuncture group, while the intravenous injection of ligustrazine and Piracetam parenteral solution was adapted in control group, then the contents of t - PA and PAI - 1 of the two groups＇ patient before and after treatment will be examined. 20 healthy physical examiners were selected to be the normal control group. Results： The contents of t - PA and PAI- 1 of the acute cerebral infareation - suffering patients was obviously increased before the treatment. There exists extremely significant difference compared with normal group; After treatment, the contents of blood plasma t- PA and PAI- 1 were declined in two groups. Compared with control grouop, The contents of blood plasma t - PA and PAI - 1 in acupuncture group were declined obviously. Conclusion： Acupuncture can effectively decrease the content of t - PA and PAI- 1 of acute cerebral infarction- suffering patients and improve the activity of fibrolysis system.
